Job Description

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business growth objectives
  • Lead negotiations on cost, capacity, and supply agreements across multiple tiers
  • Optimise supplier network and strengthen strategic partnerships with key manufacturers
  • Monitor and mitigate supply chain risks, including geopolitical and operational challenges
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure production readiness and successful product launches

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in global sourcing and supplier management within complex supply chains
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of delivering cost optimisation and capacity planning
  • Ability to manage Tier 1-3 suppliers and drive strategic partnerships
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills across international teams
  • Knowledge of risk management and contingency planning in sourcing markets
