This role sits in a Global SAP S/4HANA Operations team, supporting post-go-live system stability across manufacturing or finance domains.You will work closely with global stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, manage tickets, and ensure smooth day-to-day SAP operations rather than running new implementations.

Our client is a global manufacturing leader that recently completed a major SAP S/4HANA transformation.

With operations spanning multiple regions, they are strengthening their APAC SAP Operations capability to support growing post-go-live demand and improve service quality across manufacturing and finance functions.

Job Description

  • Providing operational support for SAP S/4HANA, including ticket handling and troubleshooting
  • Acting as a regional contact for global SAP operations and participating in global calls
  • Analyzing incidents, prioritizing issues, and coordinating with technical teams
  • Translating technical issues into business-friendly explanations for users
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives in system stability and service delivery

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience supporting SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA in a post-go-live or operational environment
  • Background in Manufacturing (PP / production-related processes) or Finance (FI / CO)
  • Hands-on experience with incident management, ticket handling, or hypercare support
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and work cross-functionally with technical teams
  • Comfortable communicating in English with global stakeholders
  • Willingness to take part in an on-call rotation
