About Our Client
Our Client is a leading footwear manufacturing company. With long history of helping brands to develop products, they are well-known and a trusted partner of best brown shoes brands. Having operation in China, Viet Nam, Cambodia and Viet Nam is their strategic Hub of production as well as Global Sales office.
Short term & Operation:
- Managing Sales team with 4-5 teams (Brands) to make sure that capacity and quality meet with the standard of customers. Maintain Top Line - Bottom Line revenue
- Set KPIs, and develop sales plan to meet the company goal, short term, middle term and long term
- Customer relation: Make sure customers are happy with the products and service.
- Take initiative and pro-active in following up with the development plan from customers. Being a bridge to coordinate between in-house R&D team and customers.
- Develop new customers to expanse business
- People management & coach and transfer knowledge
The Successful Applicant
Experience: 10 years + in working directly with brands, sourcing head
Good knowledge / Network in Brown Shoes Brands
Proven track record in leading a big sales team,
Languages: Fluent in Mandarin & English
Soft skills: strategic but be able to hand-on, down to earth and be able to develop a long term relationship with customers & the team.
Excellent in communication skills and making solution
Excellent in communicate and work with all internal departments to complete projects/tasks solely
