The Manager of HR and ADMINISTRATION is a strategic and tactical "hands-on" positionresponsible for leading the human resources function at our Taiwan site, the HR manager will manage theorganizational design, compensation and benefits, training and development, employee relations,talent acquisition, contingent workforce, employee engagement & retention, and legal compliance.

Job Description

Talent Acquisition & Contingent Workforce Management
 Develops a strategy that attracts top talent for the Taiwan workforce.
 Works with hiring managers to design job specifications, develop the hiring strategy, and
identify the best candidate for the open roles.
 Works with Global Marketing to proliferate our employer/employee brand image and reach in
alignment.Compensation and Benefits
 Ensures Taiwan's compensation strategy and reward programs align with Global,
are competitive with the market and effective in recruiting and retaining talent.
 Maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by researching and
assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management;
directing the processing of benefit claims; obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids;
awarding benefit contracts; designing and conducting educational programs on benefit
programs.Retention and Training
 Prepares newly placed employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation
and training programs in alignment with HR HQ
 Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to
coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees;
hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors.
 Collaborate with hiring managers to develop employee career progression and paths.Compliance and Operation Requirements
 Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable Taiwan human
resource requirements.
 Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human
resource policies and procedures in alignment with country norms and SEMI global policies.

 Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees;
following up on work outcomes.
 Oversees general administrative office support.Administration Management
Supervises administrative team members and ensures daily office operations are performed
seamlessly and efficiently.
 Supervises the day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.
 Develops, reviews, and improves administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
 Ensures the office is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is working and
properly maintained.
 Works with the finance team to set budgets and monitor spending.
 Plans, schedules, and promotes office events, including meetings, conferences, orientations, and
training sessions.
 Oversees special projects and tracks progress toward company goals.

 Education in Human Resource, Business Management, or Organization Psychology
 Possess strong business acumen.
 5-8 years' experience in HR, organization development, people programs, employee relations,
staffing, or other large-scale people-related roles.
 Demonstrated experience with cross-functional collaboration and influencing.
 Experience partnering with business leaders to help build successful organizations and ensure
people's decisions are based on factual data.
 Proficiency in MS Office and various HRIS databases.
