Job Description

  • Lead and scale a cross-functional engineering team (FW / SW / App / QA)
  • Build a high-performance culture with strong ownership and collaboration
  • Drive hiring, coaching, and capability development
  • Define system architecture across mobile apps, cloud-connected platforms, and embedded systems
  • Oversee IoT firmware integration into hardware products
  • Own end-to-end delivery across software and firmware initiatives
  • Prioritize roadmap based on business impact and product strategy
  • Allocate resources effectively and define execution timelines

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years in software development with full exposure
  • 3+ years leading engineering teams (5-20 people)
  • Experience in SaaS / CRM / Cloud ERP / IoT platforms preferred
  • Strong background in IoT firmware integration and system-level thinking
  • Experience with Agile and AI-driven development tools
  • Strong business acumen - able to align engineering with product goals
  • Proven track record in project delivery and team leadership
