Job Description

  • Operate and maintain Azure-based cloud infrastructure (primary), with exposure to AWS as a plus
  • Ensure system performance, availability, and stability across global IT environments
  • Monitor infrastructure, networks, and system health; handle incidents independently and efficiently
  • Act as a key communication window for cross-region IT coordination and meetings (English required)
  • Support and optimize global IT systems, including ERP and other core platforms
  • Collaborate with external security vendors and comply with existing ISO 27001 processes (not owner role)
  • Continuously improve operational workflows and infrastructure-related processes

The Successful Applicant

  • 5-8 years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud, or system operations roles
  • Strong hands-on experience with Azure infrastructure and monitoring
  • Solid understanding of network architecture and system monitoring
  • Fluent English with the ability to lead or actively participate in international meetings
  • Comfortable working across time zones when needed (not daily, but expected)
