Job Description

  • Analyze financial data and performance metrics to identify trends and provide actionable insights
  • Support financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes
  • Ensure accuracy of financial information through reconciliations and variance analysis
  • Assist in maintaining internal controls and compliance with group policies
  • Prepare documentation for audits and tax reviews
  • Perform variance analysis against budget and forecast, recommending improvements
  • Conduct KPI benchmarking against internal and external peers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business drivers and performance
  • Support order-related financial tracking and operational monitoring



The Successful Applicant

  • 3-8 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or FP&A
  • Solid understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate insights from data
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP is a plus)
  • Proficient in English with the ability to communicate in a business environment
