This is a hands-on finance position responsible for overseeing accounting operations, tax compliance, and internal control processes for the Taiwan entity. You will serve as a bridge between local operations, regional finance centers, and outsourced partners, while also leading finance transformation and compliance initiatives.

Job Description

Controlling & Reporting



  • Lead local closings and ensure the accuracy of financial statements


  • Oversee journal entries managed by Hong Kong and outsourced providers


  • Respond to audits and drive internal controls



Cash Management & Credit



  • Ensure liquidity through cashflow planning and bank compliance


  • Build and enforce a credit control framework


  • Lead collections and manage customer credit risk



Projects & Business Partnering



  • Champion process improvement and cross-border initiatives


  • Partner with business units and offer solutions for non-routine transactions


  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and internal monitoring

The Successful Applicant



  • CPA or equivalent qualification


  • 8+ years in accounting/controlling with regional or multinational experience


  • Familiar with IFRS, compliance, and end-to-end controllership


  • Comfortable working with cross-border stakeholders and outsourced providers


  • Strong analytical skills and hands-on project implementation exposure


  • Fluent in English and Mandarin; able to work independently
