Job Description

  • Coordinate daily inbound and outbound logistics with local warehouse and HQ teams
  • Arrange store shipments and ensure accurate, timely deliveries
  • Monitor inventory movements and resolve discrepancies with relevant teams
  • Support shipping schedule adjustments and update logistics documentation
  • Communicate production and delivery status to cross-functional stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

  • Holds a bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field
  • Has 2-3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or retail supply chain
  • Demonstrates strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Pays attention to detail and thrives under pressure
  • Proficient in Mandarin; basic English or Japanese is a plus
