Job Description

  • Manage all aspects of plant operations including manufacturing, production, and quality
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective product supply aligned with business targets
  • Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence through TPM and collaboration
  • Maintain high product quality and customer satisfaction while optimising resources
  • Align local execution with regional strategies and support new product introductions

The Successful Applicant

  • Holds a bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, or chemistry
  • Has 10+ years of leadership experience in plant or production management, ideally in manufacturing or chemical field
  • Demonstrates a strong track record in performance improvement and complex operations
  • Possesses excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Experienced in TPM, quality systems, and continuous improvement initiatives is a plus
