Job Description

  • Own Taiwan's demand, supply, and inventory planning processes to meet service, cost, and cash targets
  • Lead Supply Review and represent Supply Planning in Demand Review as part of S&OP
  • Balance supply and demand in abnormal situations through structured exception management
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing on demand shaping, promotions, and new product introductions
  • Collaborate with regional and global supply chain functions to ensure resilient supply and inventory optimisation

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Chemistry, or related field
  • 8-10 years of experience managing planning teams with proven E2E planning and customer service leadership
  • Strong track record in S&OP/IBP and balancing supply/demand under constraints
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with strong business acumen
  • Fluency in English; Mandarin proficiency strongly preferred
