This is an exceptional opportunity for a General Manager (GM) to lead a large organization in the semiconductor sector. The GM will play a critical role in setting the strategic direction and driving the growth of the company.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive company growth and profitability.
  • Lead the executive team, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure company policies and legal guidelines are communicated from the top down and followed meticulously.
  • Build and maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders.
  • Oversee the company's financial performance, investments, and other business ventures.
  • Direct the company's operational activities and performance to meet business goals and objectives.
  • Represent the company in negotiations with major customers, government entities, and other key external partners.
  • Ensure the company's staff is motivated, guided, and given the training necessary to fulfill their potential.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'GM' should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an executive role within the Industrial / Manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of corporate finance and performance management principles.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in strategic planning and business development.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
