Job Description

  1. Strategic Sales Management Leadership and Delivery of Commercial Goals:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy aligned with global objectives to drive revenue growth and market share.
  2. Team Leadership and Management:
    • Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture.
  3. Distributor Management:
    • Establish and maintain a network of distribution partners, optimizing channel effectiveness.
  4. Customer Relationship Management:
    • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and product adoption.
  5. Market Development and Professional Education:
    • Implement professional education strategies to enhance physician skills and expand product adoption.
  6. P&L Management:
    • Achieve top and bottom-line targets while managing the annual budget effectively.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Science, business, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or general management in the medical device in Taiwan. Sales Management experience with strong track record is a must
  • Proven leadership experience, preferably in starting up commercial operations.
  • Strong understanding of the local healthcare market and regulatory landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in both Taiwanese and English.
