The role oversees full P&L, commercial development, and cross‑functional leadership in a technology-driven manufacturing environment. Experience in both OBM & ODM especially in consumer electronics is strong plus!

With strong international distribution channels and a stable manufacturing base in Taiwan, the company is entering a new phase of modernization and global expansion.

Job Description

  • Lead overall business strategy, P&L performance, and operational efficiency across Taiwan operations.
  • Drive commercial growth through product innovation, channel expansion, and strategic partnerships globally.
  • Oversee manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and engineering teams to ensure high performance and compliance.
  • Build a strong leadership culture, develop talent pipelines, and enhance organizational capabilities.
  • Represent the company externally with partners, distributors, and international headquarters.

The Successful Applicant

  • Over 15+ years of senior leadership experience in electronics, OEM/ODM, or consumer technology manufacturing. With both own-brand and ODM experience in consumer electronics is a strong plus.
  • Strong track record in P&L ownership, business transformation, and international business management.
  • Deep understanding of manufacturing operations, supply chain, and commercial development.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills in a multicultural environment.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English, with experience collaborating with global teams.
