Job Description

  • Shape product and technology directions by translating intricate details into clear and actionable strategies.
  • Efficiently prioritize product features, fostering collaborative design and execution across multiple teams.
  • Formulate and execute engineering roadmaps that align with the overarching company vision.
  • Contribute to shaping the product vision and roadmap, providing insights into feasibility, time frames, costs, and impact.
  • Propel essential product Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring ongoing progress and reporting.
  • Recruit and assess members of the engineering team, guaranteeing the formation of a skilled and cohesive group.
  • Oversee a diverse engineering team, spanning front-end, back-end, mobile, and test engineers, distributed across regions such as Taiwan, Southeast Asia, India, and the United States.

The Successful Applicant

  • Possession of a BS or MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
  • High proficiency in JavaScript (Express, Node, React, React Native, Redux), HTML, and CSS is highly regarded.
  • Given our agile team dynamics, the ability to adeptly navigate various tech stacks and swiftly acquire new technologies is essential.
  • A solid understanding of object-oriented programming, coupled with familiarity with diverse design and architectural patterns.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking capabilities, including the ability to formulate robust technical strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with swift prototyping and independently resolving ambiguities is valued in our culture which encourages innovation and improvisation from all team members.
  • Demonstrated quick learning, team collaboration, proactive contribution, and self-motivation.
  • Experience in overseeing international teams and possessing cross-cultural communication skills will be highly appreciated.
