Job Description

  • Lead and provide mentorship to a team of 10+ frontend developers.
  • Encourage collaboration across cross-functional teams (AI, backend, project managers, designers) to ensure on-time project delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Oversee the architecture, design, development, and maintenance of web and mobile applications.
  • Focus on optimizing code performance across platforms to guarantee seamless user experiences.
  • Develop and implement strategies that efficiently optimize resources across various platforms, balancing new application development with ongoing maintenance.
  • Collaborate closely with technical leads and stakeholders to ensure the frontend strategy is in sync with overall business objectives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Over 4 years of experience in managerial roles, leading teams of 8 or more frontend developers.
  • More than 8 years of experience in frontend development, specializing in React and frontend architecture.
  • Practical experience with mobile technology, especially cross-platform tools like Electron, with native Android development as an added advantage.
  • Deep knowledge of design patterns, best practices in frontend development, and optimization strategies.
  • Skilled in managing multiple projects in high-pressure environments, consistently meeting tight deadlines.
  • Proven success in optimizing performance across platforms, ensuring both scalability and cost-effectiveness.
