Job Description

  • Lead finance-driven initiatives aimed at streamlining financial processes in alignment with company policies, working closely with commercial teams to standardize and simplify practices.
  • Oversee the strategic planning cycle, including annual updates, long-term forecasting, and the evaluation of the business model by conducting scenario analysis and benchmarking past performance to identify key shifts in assumptions.
  • Ensure smooth integration of any adjustments into the planning process, manage monthly financial reporting, perform variance analysis, and collaborate with regional teams to meet submission deadlines.
  • Provide insights and guidance to senior leadership, assisting in proactive decision-making to navigate market trends and dynamics while optimizing resource allocation.
  • Facilitate the sales operations process by assessing projections, identifying risks and opportunities, and refining the business outlook.
  • Serve as a key financial partner to operational units, evaluating sales outcomes, portfolio performance, and guiding investment strategies in emerging opportunities.
  • Support pricing strategies, reimbursement applications, and transaction monitoring to drive sustainable growth, while managing financial operations and coaching an effective FP&A team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The Successful Applicant

  • A track record of successful leadership, including the ability to guide and develop teams, as well as manage underperformance effectively.
  • Experienced in financial management, with at least 3-5 years spent in a similar leadership capacity.
  • Strong proficiency in financial judgment and analysis, with an ability to make well-informed decisions.
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin, with proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking.
  • Hands-on experience with financial tools and systems, along with advanced computer skills.
  • Proven strategic thinking abilities, with experience in planning and executing operational activities, timelines, and goals.
  • Skilled in managing relationships with key stakeholders, leading initiatives in a complex organizational structure.
