Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as an advisor and partner to the Taiwan business leaders; develop and implement long-term hiring strategies and focus on critical leadership talent needs across all Taiwan businesses.
  • Analyze internal recruitment data and trends (including talent/diversity gaps) provide insights and drive strategies to meet short-term and long-term hiring goals
  • Proactively represent as a thought leader both internally and externally. Facilitate and Promote awareness of its global diversity and inclusion initiatives
  • Gather requirements and proactively identify trends that may impact the candidate and hiring manager experience. Deploy tools/surveys that will enhance both candidate and hiring manager experiences.
  • Enable data-driven decisions by systematically gathering information from a variety of sources, identify implications of data, draw conclusions, generate alternatives and solutions by using quality metrics and data
  • Manage and monitor the internal applicant tracking system, ensuring that all candidates and applicants are properly tracked and responsible for driving accuracy on the system

What You'll Do

  • Build & drive Talent acquisition KPIs and dashboards
  • Participate as a key member of the business leadership team for Taiwan
  • Champion the company's core values as role models of the culture, built on a foundation of honesty and integrity
  • Partner with HR operations leader to assimilate, and onboard talent to fulfill growing business needs
  • Establish effective working relationships with regional COE leaders and teams to ensure successful talent and rewards strategies



The Successful Applicant

Who We're Looking For

  • Demonstrated success partnering with business leaders to deliver results through human resource initiatives
  • Design and deploy recruitment talent strategies and processes that support the overall business goals.
  • Harbor successful working relationships with the wider HR teams and key business managers/directors, demonstrating a sound understanding of the business requirements
  • Experience leading a talent acquisition function, working in a highly complex technology industry; experience in the semiconductor industry experience is preferable
  • Excellent customer relationship management and consultation skills, including influencing and collaboration
  • Understanding how to balance strategy and business acumen to best invest resources and maximize impact

  • Prowess handling multiple projects, prioritizing and acting with a sense of urgency
  • Exhibit effective business judgment and business acumen, sound decision-making, and the ability to set or adjust priorities as the business environment demands shift
  • Have strong interpersonal and influence skills to establish and build strong rapport and partnerships with leadership and Global Human Resources
  • Operate with a sense of urgency, bias for action, and possess an authentic desire to thrive in a complex organization
  • Strong detail orientation working hands-on in a complex matrix organization
  • At least 8-10 years of progressive leadership experience in human resources
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
