Job Description

Business develop and maintain relationship for coffee shops, resturant and tea shop.Create effective strategies and plans for short- and mid-term customer/channel growth in food service sectors like breakfast chains, coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants, and hotels, aiming to accelerate overall expansion.

* Develop comprehensive route-to-market strategies, exploring new sales avenues across diverse channel types (e.g., B2B, group buying, pop-up stores, amusement parks) to reach and surpass sales goals.

* Oversee the complete sales and business development cycle, encompassing planning, execution, managing customer/distributor relationships, and maintaining budgetary control.

* Hold responsibility for managing food service & new channel initiatives, collaborating with Marketing and other departments to achieve aligned strategic commercial objectives.

* Take charge of annual contract negotiations with customers/distributors and occasionally negotiate promotional planning.

* Generate monthly reports analyzing customer/channel performance and devise action plans based on these analyses.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years sales relevant experience in Foods & Beverage companies. Food Service channel development & distributor management experience are required.
  • Experience in developing new channels, such as to-business channels, group buying, pop-up stores, amusement parks etc., is highly preferred.
  • Strong customer planning, execution, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational and interpersonal sales skills.
  • Ability to build cross-functional collaboration with multiple departments/stakeholders.
