Job Description



  • Drive the formulation and execution of local and regional tax strategies that align with overall business objectives.


  • Ensure full compliance with evolving tax regulations and manage the implementation of internal tax controls and governance frameworks.


  • Serve as a key advisor to internal stakeholders on tax-related matters such as CIT, VAT, transfer pricing, excise, and property tax, ensuring optimized tax positioning across business units.


  • Evaluate supply chain and transactional structures from a tax lens to identify risks and opportunities, offering actionable recommendations.


  • Lead cross-border tax planning initiatives and support global and regional business model transformations.


  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with tax authorities and external advisors; manage tax audits and all regulatory communications effectively.


  • Inspire and develop a high-performing tax team, ensuring skills development, succession planning, and cohesive team collaboration.


  • Collaborate with Treasury on cash forecasting and tax-related funding activities to maximize financial efficiency at the group level.



The Successful Applicant

Degree in Tax, Law, or Finance, Local tax certification preferable ．

At least 7 years in relevant areas in Big Four firms, local accounting firms, law firms, and in-house tax professional

Tax experience is a must, and a background in either treasury or finance is nice to have.

Fluent in Chinese and English
