About Our Client
- One of the world's most trusted cryptocurrency financial platforms.
- Target institutional and HNW clients, covering funds, asset management and family offices and design different go-to-market strategies for each user category;
- Be the key person in charge of the company's regional localization strategy;
- Responsible for recruiting and managing the team in part of a scale-up process;
- Able to have a thorough understanding of customer needs and channel customer feedbacks on company's products and services, to contently improve the product features and customer satisfaction;
- Represent the company in the region's conferences and leading the company's brand building, promotion and marketing.
The Successful Applicant
- 10+ years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably with strong sales background in trading exchanges, FICC or bonds;
- Strong knowledge with existing financial products, especially with derivatives;
- Passionate in digital assets, cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies;
- Strong sense of entrepreneurship, strong problem solving skills and able to work independently;
- Familiar with local regulations;
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin due to the need to work with stakeholders.
