About Our Client

We are partnering exclusively with a global consumer goods MNC to hire a Finance Manager (Head of Finance) to lead the Taiwan finance function.This position plays a key leadership role overseeing overall financial management, supporting business decisions, and collaborating with regional and headquarters teams.我們正 獨家合作 協助一家全球消費品外商招募 財務總監／財務經理（台灣財務負責人）。

Job Description

  • Lead the Taiwan finance function, overseeing overall financial health and ensuring alignment with global standards.
  • Provide financial insights to support strategic and operational decisions at the country level.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance reviews.
  • Supervise local accounting and reporting activities with support from two finance team members.
  • Partner with regional and headquarters teams on financial planning, compliance, and business initiatives.
  • Ensure internal controls, governance, and risk management processes are in place.
  • Support cross-functional teams with financial perspectives on projects, spending efficiency, and operational improvements.
  • 全面領導台灣財務團隊，確保整體財務健全度並與全球政策一致。
  • 為公司在地策略與營運決策提供財務洞察。
  • 管理年度預算、滾動預測與財務績效檢視。
  • 監督會計與報表相關運作，並由兩位財務成員支援執行。
  • 與區域及總部團隊合作，包含財務規劃、合規事務與各項專案推動。
  • 建立並維護內控制度、財務治理與風險管理流程。
  • 與跨部門合作，在專案、費用效益分析與營運改善方面提供財務觀點。

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in consumer goods, FMCG, retail, or similar sectors preferred; other industry backgrounds are welcome.
  • Strong foundation in accounting and financial analysis.
  • Fluent in English; comfortable working with regional and headquarters teams.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to partner with senior stakeholders.
  • Detail‑oriented, collaborative, proactive, and adaptable.
  • Experience in multinational environments or regional exposure is a plus.
  • 具 消費品、FMCG、零售或相關產業經驗佳；其他產業背景亦歡迎。
  • 具備扎實的會計基礎與良好的財務分析能力。
  • 具備良好的溝通與影響力，能與高階主管合作。
