My client is a reputable retail company with multiple brands and leads independent international group specializing in commercial communication for the retail sector.
Full Accounting aspects on period end closing via SAP system.Prepare financial statements and monthly mgt reportings timely .
Cross-functional collaboration to make sure the completeness of data capturing timely and accuracy.
Participate in inventory control through reviewing sales forecast, follow up on Stock Obsolescence and write-offs.
Review and improve/ simplify internal workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Full responsibility on internal and external auditing, annual tax filing.Review contracts and coordinate with corporate legal for compliance; Lead the system development and system improvement for business and control purpose e.g. system upgrades/implementation such as SAP, Esker etc.
Managing all intercompany transactions, recharges and coordinating with multiple stakeholders globally.
Lead annual budgeting and quarterly LE process at brand/ channel/customer level'Monthly rolling forecast update and PNL projections.
Prepare monthly actual vs budget vs LY PNL by brand/channel/ customer; profitability analysis to internal stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or Business Administration
Above 7 years experience in Finance with at least 3 years as a manager.
Working experience in FMCG/retail and import trading is preferred.
Big 4 experience is plus
Strong communication and leadership skill, team player
Flexible and energetic personality
Good command of both written and spoken English
Hands-on accounting and can do attitude
SAP user is plus
