Job Description



As a Finance Business Partner / FP&A, you will work closely with commercial leaders across multiple business units, providing financial insights to drive revenue growth, margin optimization, and disciplined execution. This role serves as a critical bridge between finance, commercial teams, and regional stakeholders.

  • Act as a Finance Business Partner to commercial teams, supporting revenue and profitability targets
  • Deliver core FP&A activities including monthly close, forecasting, QBRs, Annual Operating Plan, and long-term planning
  • Track and analyze forecast vs. actuals, identifying key business drivers, risks, and opportunities
  • Consolidate and analyze Commercial P&L across divisions and at the group level
  • Monitor channel performance and growth trends to support go-to-market optimization
  • Manage working capital metrics, including receivables and inventory performance
  • Prepare timely financial reports aligned with corporate and regional timelines
  • Support ad-hoc analysis, special projects, and continuous improvement initiatives

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial finance or FP&A within a multinational environment
  • Strong finance business partnering capability with solid commercial acumen
  • Consolidation experience strongly preferred (or ability to transition into consolidation)
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with tools such as Hyperion, SmartView, or Workday is a plus
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin, with clear and confident communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, matrixed organization
