Job Description

  • Conduct product presentations, consultations, and demonstrations for prospective clients.
  • Provide technical training and support to internal teams, distributors, and customers through various communication channels.
  • Lead sales and marketing projects to meet strategic objectives.
  • Represent the company at expert forums, industry events, and meetings.

The Successful Applicant

  • Holds a Master's degree or equivalent experience in Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, or related life science fields.
  • Has 3-5 years of technical support or commercial experience in life sciences, including expertise in cell line development and drug screening.
  • Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in data analysis, particularly in microscopy imaging and software such as SoftMax Pro and MetaXpress.
  • Possesses excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across teams.
