- Family Office: PE and VC
- Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures; controlling correspondence; filing management; reviewing and approving supply requisitions.
- Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
- Maintains office staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Undertake the office property management administration tasks such as communications with the landlord for office maintenance.
- Manage maintenance of suppliers, for example, printer support, telecom and office clean providers.
- Basic financial & accounting knowledge for budgeting & forecasting
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor degree or above in the fields of Finance, Economics and/or Accounting is preferred.
- Good English written and oral communication skills, including excellent listening skill
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft office suite
- High-level attention to detail, presentation layout and accuracy.
- Ability to cooperate with colleages.
