About Our Client

This is an exclusive opportunity to lead the Taiwan finance function within a US-headquartered multinational. The Finance Manager oversees all financial operations, reporting, compliance, and business partnering, while working closely with the regional finance leadership team. The company operates on SAP, with strong global governance and modern financial systems.Our client is a global US‑origin corporation with strong regional presence and a highly collaborative finance structure. Known for its innovation and operational excellence, the company supports hybrid work and a performance‑driven culture.

Job Description

  • Oversee full finance and accounting operations for Taiwan, ensuring compliance with corporate, tax, and local regulations.
  • Deliver accurate monthly/quarterly reporting to regional finance.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, long‑range planning, and financial modelling.
  • Manage cash flow, internal controls, and working capital.
  • Drive continuous improvement and process optimisation.
  • Partner with cross‑functional leaders for business insights and decision support.
  • Lead audits, tax filings, and statutory requirements.
  • Supervise, coach, and develop a local finance team.
  • Support regional initiatives and ad‑hoc strategic finance projects.



The Successful Applicant

  • 8+ years of finance/accounting experience; full-set capability.
  • Strong SAP experience is a must.
  • Fluent English for regional communication.
  • CPA or equivalent preferred; solid accounting fundamentals.
  • Exposure to regional or multi-country scope is a strong plus.
  • Proven leadership experience, hands-on, detail-oriented, proactive.
