Job Description

  • Drive sales of comprehensive product solutions, including interventional products, services, and related offerings, within designated customer accounts such as hospitals and group purchasing organizations, with the aim of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
  • Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders (including sales, marketing, commercial, operations, solution development, and strategy teams) to develop tailored solutions for key accounts, encompassing product selection, training programs, channel logistics, and other pertinent services.
  • Work alongside the Regional Growth Initiatives sales team to introduce and implement new therapies in assigned territories and hospitals, aiming for market expansion.
  • Foster strategic partnerships with key accounts through robust engagement with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders, such as hospital leadership, department heads, and administrators, to identify and capitalize on new business prospects.
  • Pursue leads, assess customer needs, and deliver product services to optimize the value proposition of offerings.
  • Drive education and awareness of the company's products and services by collaborating closely with internal and external partners.
  • Conduct thorough market research, including analysis of customer behavior and competitor activities.
  • Execute market development plans and strategies, making adjustments as required.
  • Relay customer feedback on new products or enhancements to existing products to internal stakeholders, including R&D, Operations, and Marketing teams.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 6 years of sales experience in the medical devices sector; experience in intervention is preferable.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving results.
  • Strong collaborative and project management skills.
  • Ability to perform effectively under high-pressure conditions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Appreciation for strategic thinking and problem-solving.
