Our client is a well-established consumer group operating across retail and food & beverage businesses in Taiwan.

The group is actively expanding its footprint and strengthening its backend systems to support long-term growth, efficiency, and scalability.

Job Description

  • Lead ERP-related projects and define execution direction across business units
  • Act as the primary communication bridge between IT, operations, and management
  • Coordinate internal engineers and external vendors to ensure delivery quality and timeline
  • Drive system integration initiatives across ERP, POS, WMS, CRM, and payment platforms
  • Participate in business process review, requirement clarification, UAT, and user training
  • Support system performance improvement and future system upgrade planning

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience leading or owning ERP-related projects or programs
  • Strong ability to translate business needs into system direction and execution plans
  • Comfortable providing guidance to engineers and vendors without being hands-on in development
  • Solid stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills
  • Background in retail, F&B, or multi-site operations is a plus, but not mandatory
