My client is a Global online food ordering and delivery platform launched within recent 5 years. They are now located in over 200 cities and only spend 3 years to achieve 10 Billion revenue globally. In the same time, they are a start-up within a start-up which has high flexibility and strong financial support.
Job Description
- Work with senior leadership to drive the overall strategy and growth for the business in Taiwan
- Provide management and leadership for a team of sales managers, executives and operational program managers
- Build the future of the Enterprise function, from helping shape our enterprise ops function, to prioritizing key brands, to supporting expansion into new markets
- Meet or exceed monthly team revenue quotas
- Implement strategic territory forecasting and planning
- Manage the operational aspects of acquiring and managing Enterprise restaurant partners
- Excel in hands-on training, coaching and development of your team
- Recruit, interview and hire prospective team members
- Develop a high-performing team culture
The Successful Applicant
- A minimum of 8-12 years of experience in B2B companies with a track record of fast growing responsibility in sales or customer growth
- A minimum of 4 years experience sales management experience
- A track record of developing people and building teams
- Data-driven decision making mentality and sound business judgment through strong analytical thinking
- High degree of comfort with change
- Solve diverse challenges and utilize internal/external resources/network when needed
- High standards for your performance, and your team's performance
- Extraordinary communication and organizational skills
- A builders' spirit; making something, where nothing existed before, gets you excited
- Previous experience with Salesforce or other CRM/Sales tools suggested
