Job Description



  • Lead Asia Engineering Team: Oversee operations in Asia to support global objectives.


  • Drive Product Development: Focus on R&D and support for materials & chemicals delivery systems in the semiconductor industry.


  • Provide Technical Support: Assist field service, production, and customers to ensure system stability.


  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with product, project, sales, and engineering teams to enhance products.


  • Ensure Standards Compliance: Adhere to global engineering processes, quality, and regulatory standards.


  • Optimize Resources and Execution: Manage budgets and timelines to improve team efficiency and project delivery.


  • Monitor Market Trends: Analyze industry and competitors to guide strategic product planning.



The Successful Applicant



  • Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.


  • Over 10 years of experience in the semiconductor, R&D, or OEM equipment sector.


  • Minimum 3 years of engineering team leadership experience in a global business environment.


  • Proven ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders.


  • Skilled in public speaking, data automation, and digital transformation initiatives.


  • Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal); additional language skills are a plus.
