Job Description

  • Lead and manage HSE activities for a major semiconductor construction project, ensuring compliance with both global and client-specific standards.
  • Supervise site HSE engineers and contractors, conducting audits, inspections, and safety coaching.
  • Develop, implement, and enhance safety systems, emergency response plans, and permit-to-work procedures.
  • Conduct risk assessments, identify potential hazards, and establish preventive and corrective measures.
  • Facilitate safety meetings, toolbox talks, and regular on-site reviews to promote continuous improvement.
  • Ensure contractors' compliance with company and local HSE policies through training and close supervision.
  • Investigate incidents, lead root cause analysis, and drive corrective action implementation.
  • Serve as the primary communication bridge among the project team, client, and subcontractors on all HSE matters.

The Successful Applicant

Hard Skills

  • 8+ years of HSE experience in large-scale engineering or industrial construction projects (preferably semiconductor, gas, power, or chemical plant environments).
  • Strong knowledge of HSE systems, risk management, and incident investigation.
  • Holds valid Construction A-Level 營造甲 (Mandatory).
  • Fluent English for daily communication with expatriate management and global teams.
