About Our Client
This is a global leading MNC with comprehensive portfolio of electronic design automation (EDA) software, hardware, and services.
- Leading a team of 6-8, the sales director develops and executes sales strategies and plans based on a deep understanding of the account
- Generate targeted solutions and negotiate all customer agreements.
- Collaborates with technical team to ensure sales and technical plans are aligned.
- Provides leadership for the account team and establishes a vision with measurable goals and objectives. Regularly review team results to hold team accountable and recognise significant contributions.
- Develops and maintains executive relationships - internal and external.
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum of 8 years direct account management experience in electronic design or similar.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in engineering
- Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills
- Demonstrated background of experience being able to establish a broad and deep understanding of customers and business
- Fluency in both Mandarin and English is a must
