The EC and Digital Marketing Assistant Manager is responsible for shaping and executing company's business strategies across Asia market. The team focuses on identifying growth opportunities in GC, launching new ventures, driving inbound marketing efforts and managing existing sales agents and social media advertising agencies, and overseeing the development of new products tailored for the region.

About Our Client

Our client is a leading consumer healthcare company in the world. As part of its global expansion strategy, they are now looking for a EC and Digital Marketing Assistant Manager in Taiwan and focus on GC market.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies tailored to the GC market to drive brand awareness and sales growth for healthcare products.
  • Manage cross-border eCommerce (CBEC) platforms by optimizing product listings, promotions, and customer engagement strategies to maximize sales.
  • Partner with influencers (KOLs) and agencies to execute impactful social media campaigns across RED (Xiaohongshu), WeChat, Weibo, Douyin, and other key platforms.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance with actionable insights to enhance digital marketing and conversion efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to execute marketing campaigns and product launches across digital and ecommerce touchpoints.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and strong ROI.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years solid EC and digital marketing experience in well-known FMCG / consumer healthcare companies
  • Must be familiar with EC operation and digital tools in GC region
  • Strategic mindset with entrepreneurship spirit and be a pioneer
  • Strong analytical skills for evaluating digital campaigns, consumer behavior, and ecommerce performance.
  • In-depth knowledge of major GC digital platforms (RED, WeChat, Weibo, Douyin, Bilibili, Baidu).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Mandarin
