Job Description

  • Lead cross-border supply chain operations, including KPI management and SOP enhancement
  • Define and execute import requirements by category and manage order fulfilment
  • Oversee third-party import and fulfilment partners to meet performance standards
  • Act as the main point of contact for import-related communication across locations
  • Resolve operational issues promptly and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in logistics, retail, or e-commerce
  • Strong background in cross-border operations or courier services
  • Proven ability to drive change and manage complex environments effectively
  • Existing relationships with Taiwan Customs are highly advantageous
  • Fluent in Chinese with strong English communication skills
