Job Description

  • Manage and expand relationships with key e-commerce platforms, primarily Momo and Shopee.
  • Strategize, set up, and optimize flagship stores to enhance brand visibility and drive sales growth.
  • Develop and execute account-specific promotional plans, campaigns, and product listings.
  • Monitor and analyze platform performance, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless operations and strong brand presence.
  • Stay updated on e-commerce trends and platform changes, adapting strategies to maintain a competitive edge.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in e-commerce, with a focus on account management and platform operations.
  • Proven expertise in managing flagship stores on Momo and Shopee.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to account management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
