Job Description

1. Talent Acquisition
* Work with external partners to search and acquire right talents to meet organizational needs.
* Design and implement talent acquisition programs, such as campus recruitment.2. Performance Management
* Strengthen the alignment between HQ and site HR teams to support global performance management program.
* Build two-way and effective communication methods to reach group HR team's consensus and engagement.3. Retention and Development
* Identify training needs and frame training strategy for Taiwan subsidiary.
* Search suitable training programs and ensure the completeness of execution with positive impact.
* Set up the career development plan for employees to develop capability matching to functional and/or individual goal.
* Increase employees' satisfaction and retain high potential employee in Taiwan.4. Organizational Culture Cultivation and Corporate Image Buildup
* Enhance employee relationship by cultivating core values and team cultures, and fortify team cohesiveness.
* Strategically build corporate image through external communication approach during recruitment and other HR events.5. Others
* Manage annual compensation cycle, such as monthly payroll and bonus review process, and guarantee the accuracy and competitiveness of compensation and benefits (C&B).
* Establish and improve HR policies and practices to ensure compliance with local labor law.

The Successful Applicant

* Bachelor's degree in HR or in a related field.
* 7+ years' experience in Human Resource functions.
* Experiences in recruiting and buildup of corporate image are essential.
* Familiar with Taiwan labor-related laws and regulations.
* Self-driven, responsible, respects diversity and multicultural organization.
* Excellent influencing, interpersonal, and communication skills.
* Good analytical and project management ability.
* Ability to work independently, and proceed with objectives with minimal supervision.
* Ability to interact with all levels in a highly diverse environment
* Good English skills; the ability to speak and write Japanese is a plus
