  • The company is a leading global supplier of optoelectronic semiconductors (LED).

Job Description

  • Tasked with evaluating the design quality of NPI (New Product Introduction) initiatives and managing quality verification during mass production.
  • Develop and implement strategies to elevate the quality of product designs.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between R&D and manufacturing units to address product-related challenges.
  • Engage in discussions regarding quality concerns pertaining to customer application technologies.
  • Oversee the management of supplier material audits.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proficiency in fundamental concepts of electronics and physics is a plus.
  • Strong written English communication skills are preferable.
  • Prior experience in semiconductor packaging facilities is necessary.
  • Experience in DQE (Design Quality Evaluation) and epitaxy is particularly advantageous.
  • Preferred background in engineering disciplines (electronics, electrical, mechanical, optoelectronics, or related fields); candidates solely with an Industrial Engineering (IE) background will not be considered.
  • Background in research and development, with exposure to product development design processes, is highly advantageous.
  • Able to attend to occasional business trips is required (1-2 times per quarter, each lasting 1-2 weeks).
