Job Description

  1. to formulate and implement the strategy, business plan, and development plan of the company
  2. to establish and improve the management system and organisational structure of the company
  3. to manage the daily operations of the Company
  4. to make decisions on the Company's business activities
  5. to be responsible for the company's financial management, budgeting, decision-making, and profit allocation, and to increase revenue and reduce expenditure
  6. to sign agreements, contracts, and deeds on behalf of the company
  7. to handle public relations and build a good corporate image for the Company
  8. handling major emergencies of the Company
  9. to promote the development of corporate culture of the Company

The Successful Applicant

  1. Educational background: bachelor's degree or above in business administration management, and other related disciplines
  2. Training experience: training in leadership development, strategic management, organizational optimization management, strategic human resources management, economic law, financial management, etc.
  3. experience: more than 15 years of experience in Merchandising manager function
  4. Skills required for the position.
  • Talent management skills: strong leadership skills and management talents in team management
  • Operational management skills: good at formulating corporate development strategies and the ability to grasp the overall situation of corporate development
  • Cultural management skills: shaping and optimizing company culture
  • Financial management skills: cost control and regular reporting to the boss on financial status and improvement plans
  • Self-management skills: Self-discipline and self-motivation with a sense of responsibility
  • Fluent writing, speaking, and reading skills in English and Chinese
  • Knowledge of digital transformation concepts and networking
  • Proficiency in office software
