About Our Client

  • Ensure all activities in the territory are executed professionally and comply with corporate compliance standards, demonstrating corporate Way behaviors.
  • Implement business plans, allocate sales territories, set targets, and track progress.
  • Coordinate, support, and empower sales representatives to achieve sales goals and develop the market.
  • Lead the team through performance management, coaching, and training. Accelerate the adoption of new working methods (e.g., digital tools), and continuously motivate and develop the team.
  • Maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) within the responsible area.
  • Diligently develop new accounts and handle price negotiations.
  • Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts, submit regular reports, and ensure effective budget use.
  • Identify and analyze potential opportunities for business growth, including new customer segments, business sources, partnerships, and innovative practices.
  • Collect and relay market information and competitor intelligence to management.
  • Work with other departments to achieve company objectives and resolve issues promptly.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in pharmacy or medical science-related fields.
  • Experience in sales and operations within the responsible therapeutic area.
  • Minimum 7 years of solid experience in selling and customer management in the healthcare industry.
  • Experience with chronic prescription medications is a plus.
