Job Description

  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of software engineers, fostering professional development and promoting best practices in coding, architecture, and system design.
  • Oversee the design, architecture, and deployment of robust, maintainable software systems that meet both current and future needs.
  • Collaborate with product management, design, and other key stakeholders to define project scope, priorities, and timelines.
  • Drive the communication protocol between backend systems and devices, ensuring efficiency, security, and scalability in data exchanges.
  • Manage resources, schedules, and team dynamics to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software releases.
  • Analyze and optimize system performance and analytics, driving continuous improvements and enhancements in our solutions.
  • Identify and address technical challenges, system bottlenecks, and technical debt to ensure long-term stability and scalability.
  • Stay informed of the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, fostering innovation within the team and ensuring competitive advantage.



The Successful Applicant

  • 8+ years of professional experience in software design, with expertise in the IOT or video surveillance industry is a plus.
  • 3+ years in a leadership or management role, overseeing engineering teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present ideas confidently to senior audiences and global stakeholders.
  • Familiar with software development including backend, application, test automation, and technical PM
  • Proven ability to influence outcomes and drive change in dynamic environments.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a passion for solving complex technical challenges.
  • Fluent in English, enabling seamless collaboration with our global teams
