Job Description

  • Drive revenue growth within Taiwan market.
  • Develop strategic business plans for short-, medium-, and long-term growth
  • Build strong relationships with hyperscale customers, ODMs, and distributors
  • Utilise CRM tools to manage pipelines and forecast accurately
  • Collaborate with internal teams for quotations, backlog management, and customer support
  • Identify new product opportunities and lead NPI initiatives
  • Ensure efficient resource allocation with channel partners and technical teams

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)
  • 10+ years' chipset sales experience; 3+ years' team leading experience
  • Strong communication skills in English and Chinese
  • Proven ability to work across cultures and time zones
  • Assertive, proactive, and highly organised with a track record of achieving ambitious targets
  • Existing relationships with key customers and distributors in the region are highly desirable
