Job Description



  • Develop and execute forward-thinking strategies that enable smooth business expansion and drive sustained company growth.


  • Drive the team in planning and implementing system integrations and process enhancements, ensuring they support company growth and meet business objectives.


  • Manage the full lifecycle of business application systems, from requirements gathering to post-implementation support.


  • Lead the Business Analytics division, aligning the organization with strategic goals through effective team building and talent acquisition.


  • Lead initiatives to achieve long-term cost savings and significant improvements in operational efficiency, ensuring a strong ROI.


  • Oversee the development, implementation, and ongoing management of business processes to enhance overall operational effectiveness.


  • Formulate and implement strategic plans that enhance productivity, quality, and operational efficiency across the organization.


  • Partner with cross-functional leadership to ensure business processes and operations are consistently aligned with strategic objectives.

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of working experience in IT operation and Business analysis
  • Proven leadership skills with a strong background in managing teams.
  • Extensive experience overseeing ERP implementations and driving improvements in business operations.
  • Comprehensive expertise in managing business processes, workflows, and transaction systems.
  • Superior analytical abilities and a talent for solving complex problems.
  • Outstanding communication skills for seamless interaction with teams and stakeholders.
