Job Description

  • Drive global OEM/ODM business expansion by identifying and developing new international customers and strategic partnerships
  • Strengthen and grow existing customer relationships to maximize long-term business opportunities
  • Define global sales strategy, revenue targets, and account development plans for key markets
  • Lead commercial engagement with major international clients including contract negotiation, pricing strategy, and business planning
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product management, R&D, operations, and supply chain to deliver successful customer programs
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to guide strategic sales direction
  • Lead and mentor regional sales teams to ensure strong execution and consistent achievement of business targets

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of experience in international sales, business development, or key account management within the technology, networking, electronics, or OEM/ODM manufacturing sectors
  • Proven track record of managing and expanding global customer accounts and driving revenue growth
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate market opportunities into executable sales plans
  • Experience working with global OEM/ODM customers and managing complex cross-functional projects
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong international business exposure and willingness to travel when required
  • Fluent communication skills in English and Mandarin preferred
