Job Description

  • Oversee the design and implementation of technological solutions and strategies.
  • Lead the Technology department, fostering an environment of innovation and efficiency.
  • Ensure the implementation of new systems are done in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Work closely with other department heads to align strategies and goals.
  • Keep abreast of new trends and advancements in the technology sector.
  • Ensure the Technology department meets its objectives and KPIs.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive IT policies and practices.
  • Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Director of Engineering should have:

  • A Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the Technology department.
  • Exceptional knowledge of Information Technology infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive technological innovation and efficiency.
  • Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach.
