Job Description

  • Define the company's long-term AI strategy and roadmap.
  • Lead and mentor AI research and engineering teams.
  • Drive development of LLM models, deep learning solutions, and advanced AI features.
  • Review system architecture and ensure high-quality, scalable AI solutions.
  • Work with product and engineering teams to bring AI ideas into real products.
  • Represent the company's AI vision to internal teams and external partners.
  • Oversee experimentation, model evaluation, and deployment standards.
  • Support intellectual property development (patents, research contributions).
  • Ensure AI work follows privacy, data, and security guidelines.

The Successful Applicant

  • A strong academic background in computer science, data science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing AI projects and leading technical teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of machine learning, data analytics, and AI technologies.
  • Familiarity with the financial services industry and its technological requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar.
