Job Description

Technical Marketing & Engagement

  • Analyze market trends, customer roadmaps, and key challenges to identify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with local account teams to develop application strategies and drive key penetrations.
  • Support Sales by positioning technical and product value.
  • Oversee packaging solution TRMs and conduct market surveys for product development.
  • Gather business and competitive intelligence to enhance strategic positioning.



Field Support & Capability Development

  • Train field process and sales teams on packaging trends and products.
  • Manage integrated demos, ensuring timely execution and customer alignment.
  • Lead high-impact technical escalations related to process & device (P&D) and integration.



External Collaboration & Industry Engagement

  • Represent at industry conferences, expanding networks and promoting solutions.
  • Engage with fabless companies and research institutes to influence packaging roadmaps.



The Successful Applicant

  • Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • 15+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry, ideally in 3D advanced packaging integration.
  • Strong technical expertise and hands-on experience with packaging tools and applications.
  • Marketing experience is a plus.
  • Independent and accountable, with the ability to make decisions within assigned responsibilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong stakeholder management abilities.
  • Team player who thrives in a matrix organization, working effectively with internal and external partners.
