About Our Client

Our client is a well-known FMCG company in the world with strong exposure in Asia market. They are now looking for a Digital Manager to oversee their digital strategy in Taiwan.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Manage digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms such as Meta, Google, Line, and other relevant channels.
  • Oversee the creation of engaging and effective digital content, including graphics, videos, and written materials.
  • Lead the optimization of website performance and user experience through SEO and other digital strategies.
  • Analyze digital marketing data to measure campaign performance, identify trends, and optimize ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, creative, IT) and external agencies to execute digital initiatives.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and advertising.

The Successful Applicant

  • 3+ years solid digital marketing or EC operation experience in FMCG companies
  • Proven experience in digital marketing and advertising, with a focus on campaign management and performance optimization.
  • Strong understanding of digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, and social media insights.
  • Proficiency in managing paid media campaigns, including budget allocation and performance tracking.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and strategies, especially in driving online sales and customer engagement.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative digital marketing solutions.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads) and a track record of successful digital marketing campaigns.
