- Manage assigned region dealership from annual budgeting, KPI setting, and overall strategy planning.
- Market information gathering and analysis
- Competition analysis and provide solution
- In charge for automotive module sell-out, inventory and pricing module.
The Successful Applicant
- 10 years+ dealer management experiences in automotive industry
- Strategic planning ability, financial analysis skills and sales training experiences
- Business proficient in English skills
- Experiences in people management would be a plus
- China experiences would be a plus
