About Our Client
One of the world's largest suppliers of technologically advanced aerospace products. Design, manufacture components and provide integrated solutions for commercial, regional business, helicopters and other platforms. Also supplier to international space programs.
* Responsible for marketing/selling aftermarket products and services to assigned customers.
*Identify business opportunities and develop strategies for achieving business objectives
*Coordinate proposal activities and lead negotiations to successful closure
*Gather appropriate information on marketplace and competition.
*Know the customer's organization, culture, structure, key decision makers and the customer decision making process.
*Provide recommendations to support repair, spares and inventory forecast/planning and corporate strategy initiatives
*Drive Customer Satisfaction results
*Facilitate resolution of customer satisfaction issues leveraging functional Customer Service groups and product line program management
*Lead Business Reviews and Executive visits as required
*Maintain Executive briefing documents and strategy documents for assigned customers as needed
